Section 504 is a federal civil rights law under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It provides protection against discrimination for individuals with disabilities. The law and regulations prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all school programs and activities, both in public and private school receiving direct or indirect federal funding. Central Christian Academy does NOT receive any federal funding directly or indirectly; therefore, Central Christian Academy is NOT required to provide accommodations to any students. With that being said, our very professional staff is willing to help any student who wishes to be helped.
